  I hated to deal wih a branch in Fort Lee, NJ. So I stopped by this branch to see if service is better, and it was worst experience. I am closing my account now. (Update, the day after I left my review) Valley bank called me, apologizing and asking me to delete bad review. She (Maria) said the bank knows I left review and found my bank account which is illegal so I will escalate this to proper organization and report that Valley bank illegally utilize customers information.

  I usually don't leave reviews but this time I must. Opened an account here with intention of transferring my trust and cd here within the next couple of weeks and I'm so happy I didn't. Waited two weeks to receive my ATM card. Then when received it, activated my card, it said my account was closed WITH MONEY STILL IN IT. Opened the account with Maria but advise all go to TD bank up the street which is much better.

  11 years with this bank service, and contrary to others opinions...always find what was looking for. From past managers to the last , Heidi Hansen (born Peruvian like me!) who honored this branch at top level, the saying goes: the little ones have big hearts.

  This bank is racist. They are extremely racist to minority. I went to conduct a transaction and I had the hardest time to make a deposit if you do not believe go and find out for yourself. This is not a diverse place to work or be at.
