    Montclair TD Bank, refused to take my rolled coins. They gave me some lame excuse for not taking my rolled coins. They were rude and unapologetic. Customer service socks. NO wonder the banks are going out of business. They want your business but they don't want to provide you with proper customer service. They should be appreciated that you want to be part of there establishment after the money laundry case. I will be going to a different location and hope the people there will be more professional.

    Consistently lackadaisical demeanor throughout the staff, none of whom seem to have slightest interest in customer service. Poor homeless gent sitting on floor in ATM lobby passes for acceptable at this branch. Parking lot is reconfigured every time I go. Total joke of a bank.

    All the branches I have visited are courteous and helpful. Making transactions smooth. I have bank with TD for 20+ years now. I wish they can alleviate some monthly charges.

    If I could give no stars- I would. This place is the literal worst. And makes sense so many TD banks are closing in Jersey. No one was here except one other customer- the rest were all employees. They made me scan and wait. It said I was fourth in line with no other people in the building. Every time I have come here there is a wait no matter what. Now a regular customer comes after I have been waiting for 15 min and the worker says she can now be "efficient" and handle both of us at the same time. Yet another person also came in and scanned and was waiting too and she gets passed over for the regular who is coming with me. Then I am assuming the manager (Lourdes) announces the poor customers balance of -$1.50 so loudly that the entire bank can hear especially repeating it loudly again. No discretion (the man was older but not deaf) Finally after making the other customer wait for almost 40 minutes- she tries to ask why the man was taken before her to which Susan gives an annoyed sound hearing her and says "It's going to be one of those days." Now Lourdes is giving this poor customer attitude. Awful customer service. Same person as last time(Susan) who didn't resolve anything and wasted my time coming in when my own card was locked for fraud when I was trying to use the atm myself. Whenever I have an issue I have to wait forever and everyone seems like they have no clue what they are doing. Every time I try to use my own debit card at the td atm I am always stopped for fraud have to call the td line. I tried coming in and Susan couldn't do anything except call the same line I was on hold for. If you don't have your cellphone you can't be verified which is not a true secure verification method. Then if you don't have a phone plan (I do) but I think it's ridiculous in order to verify it's you you can't show ID or give any other info they send a code to your phone which anyone could technically have access to and again if you don't have a plan to cover you are paying your phone company to verify it's you through you or lift the fraud lock they put on your account to use your own card. This has been an issue I have complained about for months and was told it was resolved even by this bank but it hasn't been. It's funny that I can't use my own card and am always flagged for fraud but yet all the fraud dealings TD has done is themselves is definitely making me take my money somewhere else.
