    Waited over 30 minutes to be helped. Manager claimed technical difficulties. Manager is incompetent and does not value customers time. One teller open on a busy morning is unacceptable.

    I came in for a notary. I am a customer, and their website says customers can get things notarized for free. I call in advance and I was told that a notary will assist until 5pm. I get there with my baby in the rain and Lourdes Aleman says "I'll notarize this as a courtesy but you need to have a checking account with us to get things notarized." I respond, I always get things notarized at any TD Branch with no problem." She said, she will do it as a courtesy. Then she examines the document and goes "Idk if I can notarize a legal document." What do you mean? That is literally what a notary is for. I stayed quiet and left once I got my form signed. But I found her attitude and fake rules to be ridiculous. This is my second encounter with her. The first time she went on lunch and made me wait in order to have TD bank unenroll me for voice recognition. During that encounter it wasn't her fault that she had to take lunch however, I literally had to wait for her, no one else could help which was crazy. At the end of the day, I have a loan. I pay $900 in interest towards my TD loan. That makes me a paying customer. In fact I pay more than debit card holders. I deserve a free notary. Never going back to this branch. Long wait times, and they make up rules that other branches don't have.

    Very nasty service and rude attitude from Maelynn. Very unprofessional and did not want to listen to my card situation. Wasn't empathetic.
