I opened a CD in 2024 and I was never informed when the CD matured and they keep on auto renewing ever since. No online access or intimation of any sort given or sent even by mail. And I do not even know when is the next maturity date. This is ridiculous and need to be more transparent with the customers. Totally unacceptable as they are sitting on your hard earned money without informing you of anything. And when I asked them to unenroll I am informed of a penalty when they again rolled into 7 month renewal just last month. Need to take actions.

Then I waited and waited and waited and finally rang the help buzzer. A woman inside said, can I help you? So I said I sent the box I 10 minutes ago. She said we are filling the paper then walked away. 5 minutes later the box came back. Not a hello not a goodbye not a thank you NOTHING. This is the worst branch ever.
