  I wanted to make aware to anyone with a vault account at Provident Bank in Milltown, NJ. As a long time customer of Provident Bank, I had a rented vault box with them for several years. Within the past 6 months I had noticed jewelry missing from my vault box. I kept many important documents stored, as well as, precious jewelry within the same box. Unfortunately, my trust was broken with them when I found a few documented pieces of jewelry missing from my vault box. When I approached a person about the missing jewelry pieces , obviously it was denied. They do not have cameras posted in their vault, so how would they know if one of their employees conducted themselves nefariously! Please be aware and be careful with your personal belongings and confidential documents at this location!

  I have been banking with this particular branch of Milltown Provident Bank for more than 15 years. There is a reason behind it. The people who work there including manager Maria take personal interest in answering any questions one may have and I find all tellers highly professional with one goal of making sure customers are happy with services and banking products. I recommend this branch of Provident Bank to ANYONE in Milltown and East Brunswick area. I am one happy customer and I strongly recommend this branch for your banking needs.

  Super friendly bank, keeps that small town feeling. Providents website feels outdated and doesn't offer a user friendly platform for banking like some other banks, but it's a good bank overall.
