When I walked in needing help with my account, the staff was genuinely helpful and patient even though I arrived just 20 minutes before closing. My situation took a bit longer than expected, and they never made me feel rushed. Overall, I am very happy with the experience and hope it continues as I build a relationship with this branch.
- EKElana KaloyerakisAug 25, 20251.0Wells Fargo Bank is Fraudulent and creating unauthorized checking accounts to existing customers threatening to add fees if I don't deposit money into it. I'm on the phone, I go to a local branch who says I have to go to another branch to settle this. Close the account now !!! We have to do an investigation, before we can do that. Then I have to come back to complete the cancelation of the checking account that I never authorized in the first place. Waste of time and a run around Fraudulent banking system. I'm taking the money out and going to another bank. Enough of this scam with these big banks and they show no remorse for their errors.
