- GSGaurav ShahJul 14, 20251.0I went to bank today and was just waiting for my turn and same time got a call so on one end suddenly a Store Supervisor Mr.Neel asking in bit non professional way with voice bit hard to move my self on next person , seems bit frustrated without any reason and said me another person called me twice which i never noticed. It was totally unacceptable . I know people in this branch are so nice but sometimes this type of experience impact whole branch . I simply see its a training issue.
