Needed money moved by 4pm, in 25 years of doing wires the avg is 35 minutes. I called at 2pm asking for a Fed reference # and Mgr. said she was just submitting it now. 2 hours later! It's now 3:30pm they are claiming their systems are down. Last wire a few months ago took DAYS because she messed up an acct #. Lazy, incompetent staff and mngmt obviously doesn't hold anyone accountable. RUN from this institution! One day I will get smart and realize the hassle it'll take to disconnect from what was originally a great bank in Commerce , will be well worth it.
