- SRSGM B US Army RetNov 18, 20221.0I have been with WF for many years and have dealt with branches all over the US. This branch seams to be completely dysfunctional. Over the past 18 months the drive through time has been incredibly long in completing the most basic transactions, cashing or depositing a check. On two separate occasions I had to request my documents back and drive to another branch in order to deposit a check drawn on WF. This past Friday I went in to cash a check drawn on WF, gave the teller my NJ state drivers license. After about 4 minutes, she comes back requesting a second form of ID. I have never been asked to provide a second form of ID. The 2nd ID I pulled had expired the month prior. A second teller said she couldn’t except the ID. I requested my document back (again) and drove to the Lumberton branch. Handed them the check and my DL. Two minutes later the transaction was completed. I don’t get the consistent issues with this branch. Either this branch is designated a training center and everyone is on their first day of work or the leadership at this branch is below par and needs to be changed. This is the only branch I ever have issues with.
