    First off they say their America most convenient bank and the Marmora location is not, to go to the bank it take at least 30 minutes plus, the tellers are very nice but the bank needs more of them or for the manager or assistant manger to get behind the counter and help them not sit at their desk and ignore the long lines of people waiting, horrible customer service on their behalf and their management, I am seriously considering changing banks because of them.

    AWFUL experience. I opened a business account with this branch. Upon opening the account, I was directed by a TD Bank employee that I must maintain an undisclosed amount of $ in my account in order to avoid maintenance fees. I abided by the same employee's instructions for several months. TD Banks charged me maintenance fees and advised that I did not have the sufficient funds in the account. I informed the TD Bank staff that I was specifically advised by their employee to keep "X" amount in my business checking account. Furthermore, I learned that the employee whom helped me activate my business checking account, was no longer employed by TD Bank in Marmora.. Nonetheless, TD Bank did not refund me for the maintenance fees and blamed me for not bringing this issue to their attention sooner. Awful management and awful customer service which ultimately cost me $.

    Betsey Geisigner and Anita Trus provided an excellent experience today helping my elderly father with changes to his accounts. We were really impressed! Nice job Ladies!
