- ABArthur BrennanOct 23, 20251.0Switching banks. I needed to update my address. Front desk wrote it down wrong. I needed my New debit card sent to my address and it never showed up because they wrote down the wrong address. I applied for a loan and was advised that I would be called by one of the representatives 24 hours later if it was approved or denied and then in one week I would receive the reason if I were to be denied, neither happened. I also applied for a credit card which I was denied for and given no reason again additionally, on the same day I requested both the loan and the credit card I needed a new debit card because my old one was damaged. I still after one month have not received the new debit card. This is absolutely the worst bank you could ever sign up for please do not sign up with this bank. They are incompetent and terrible.

He was so helpful and answer all of my ongoing questions. The next day I walked in and was greeted with a smile. Reggie provides excellent customer service which is real hard to find now a days.
