Switching banks. I needed to update my address. Front desk wrote it down wrong. I needed my New debit card sent to my address and it never showed up because they wrote down the wrong address. I applied for a loan and was advised that I would be called by one of the representatives 24 hours later if it was approved or denied and then in one week I would receive the reason if I were to be denied, neither happened. I also applied for a credit card which I was denied for and given no reason again additionally, on the same day I requested both the loan and the credit card I needed a new debit card because my old one was damaged. I still after one month have not received the new debit card. This is absolutely the worst bank you could ever sign up for please do not sign up with this bank. They are incompetent and terrible.

I only use them for basic banking but they're always kind, knowledgeable, responsive, and willing to help.

Worst bank ever. The account opening experience online was pain free, but when it comes to them getting you debit cards so that you can actually use your accounts and make deposits outside of business hours, three weeks later, we're still waiting. Requested that a fee be reversed because their system is backwards and does not reflect pending transactions that are not cards and we were informed that because it's a new account, they could not, despite the fact that funds were credited to the account on the day the ACH was withdrawing. Like others have said, long lines, poor service and lacking in knowledge. You're better off opening an account with a bank that knows what it is doing.
