    The customer service is awful at the Marlton office location on Greentree Road. They always have the voice mail on and don’t return your calls. The branch manager is not cooperative and would not return my call a 2nd time the same day. He had Barbara call me and I asked her to have him call me back and that was 2 hours before they closed. I left 3 voice messages up to 2 minutes before they closed. I’ve been a customer for over 50 years and stayed with TD bank when it was owner and Commerce Bank and TD purchased the. I’m extremely dissatisfied and needed a simple request sent to me via USMail or email before major surgery and I was completely unable to speak to this branch manager on Saturday November 15 2026 a 2nd time before he left or when they closed at 2:00 pm I will contact customer service via the 800 number to speak to someone

    I came in just to deposit a check and the customer service was terrible. The tellers and even the manager were more focused on talking among themselves than helping customers. I had to interrupt their conversation to get basic service and even had to ask for my receipt because the teller was too distracted to provide it. It felt unprofessional and dismissive. TD should focus more on customer service and respect for people’s time.

    They make me show my drivers license every single time even though I've been going since it was Commerce & have a password beyond annoying & inconvenient, the one that just closed in Marlton NEVER did that to me, might have to look elsewhere

    I was extremely underwhelmed by my service at this location. I tried to get something notarized and Barbara was so annoyed that she had to notarize the documents. As I was doing the signatures, she was actively rolling her eyes and being extremely bitchy the entire time. Luckily my experience with Patricia was much better. Barbara, please do better. You are extremely unprofessional and embarrassing.
