- SCSakhawat ullah chowdhuryMar 24, 20221.0So my Boss business transaction around 1.7 mil per month all different branches of Wells Fargo Bank as he own 9 Popeys(Lusiana kitchen) the lady name probably Kethy (white lady who said She’s branch mngr (3/24/2022) denied to deposit certified check from same bank…this is really very SAD for me to wasting my time and I firmly believe she needs well training…she doesn’t deserve that post at all how could???she arguing too much and couldn’t able my responses..that’s branch has Adja and Jennifer those are been always nice and good customer service…

They are constantly putting freezes on my business line of credit with zero explanation. It's like they just want me to call and waste a half an hour of my life on hold. Any other bank would be better.

Each teller has to open 5 solutions per day or they have to call 5 customers for each solution they didnt get. If you arent a customer you are told to sit with a banker to verify your check which really is a chance to try to get an account. If your check is drawn off Wells Fargo, they tell you if it is over $1500 you have to open an account to deposit it into. Also it would blizzard out if the lead teller actually got out of her chair instead of screaming across the lobby to you. The manager seems nice but too bad half of his shift he is away on lunch.
