- BBBLANK BLANKJun 14, 20251.0Bad service. Lost my debt card and I was on my way out of state for a wedding so there was a time constraint. Their "virtual line" made the process worse as someone who got in line from their car was able to walk ahead of me. Meanwhile Im panicking about my card being stolen. Once I got to talk to someone they were slow walking the process and were very rude. May call corporate to complain as the service I received was so subpar. Almost missed the wedding due to the time crunch caused by 30 mins waiting for a simple process.

And $35 for savings if it goes under $300… who the hell in todays world has money to just leave it sitting there… cannot wait to close my accounts with TD I think I’ve been hit with more fees than I’ve ever had in my bank account..

The store manager Emma was eager to help and assist in anyway she could and made her store very welcoming for new customers like us. All around we're very pleased with TD.
