I have never delt with anyone in a professional setting like this that makes accusations and defaming comments to people like this so called manager does. I would have his boss/manager contact him about retraining before he talks himself into a major lawsuit.

Elia was ready to listen to me and solve the issues that I am going trough with my claim credit fraud. He made phone calls, took his time and did his best to solve the issues . Every time I've been to this branch she's been horribly rude and inconsiderate. The bankers and other tellers all seem pleasant. Never in my life have I dealt with a more disrespectful person in a professional setting. Maybe she needs to think about an attitude adjustment or retirement.
