    I truly appreciate the Manager and Banker who assisted me yesterday. Without their help, I would have been scrambling to close on my first home. Despite not having an available appointment slot, they took the time to fit me in, which made all the difference. Their flexibility and support allowed me to close in a timely manner, and I am genuinely grateful for their assistance.

    I have a business & the only branch close to it is Wells Fargo, sometimes I bring my deposits home & do them here. Lately the tellers have been so nit picky about how my bills are, if they are torn, not facing the same way etc. Its absurd, no one the teller told me not to accept bills from customers if they are ripped. Another branch i frequent never says a thing about it. When did they stop counting your deposit & leave it only up to the machine? I dislike that, I ask them to run it & then we will compare, the tellers roll their eyes at me. Today when I left, the teller didnt even say a word, just put the receipt on the counter. Go to another branch where they won't give you a hard time for not ironing your bills or wanting the human aspect of banking & counting your money.

    I've never been to a branch that is so slow with helping someone. It's not even busy. The teller is just taking her sweet time as if no one has anything else to do.
