How is it that the bank cannot spend four minutes to update its website or get the ATM fixed in a day or two?). TD Bank: “becoming a most inconvenient bank”. Very annoying and disappointing.

The front desk lady Nina is nice but doesn’t know how to do her job and always has a problem when helping me. Please train staff better or get someone who knows how to do the job
