The tellers Alex and Keyenna Jackson were tending to the drive through live teller but saw me struggling with the ATM machine inside the bank and were able to help me with my banking needs. They were attentive, caring and extremely helpful in assisting me and I am so appreciative. I have not had good banking experiences with Valley since becoming a client. Problems making mobile deposits (BOA - never had a problem), problems making cash deposits which was really enraging, and not even able to get cash advance when making a purchase!! Extremely disappointed!!!! I’m changing my rating to 5 star - specifically for the staff at the Lyndhurst branch. Daniella, Amina and the team there are amazing humans and really go above and beyond to make things better for us. I appreciate each and every one of them and hope that the systems improve which would make their jobs so much easier and our lives better! Thank you guys for your attentiveness and kindness—ALWAYS!!
- DMDa ManFeb 10, 20201.0Worst bank ever....deposited others people money into my account for months....would tell them the situation.....it would not get resolved. Then without warning they pull a bunch of money from my account. I Moved majority of money to Bank of America.
