Lesley Pisko, the assistant branch manager, and Inez Ramirez, branch manager, were welcoming, compassionate, and supportive after the passing of my mother. Lesley made the process of administering my mother’s estate easy. She navigated the bureaucracy quickly without burden to me. (It was a welcome yet stark contrast to other financial institutions where the representatives knew much less than I did about the process.)
