  These people pick and choose what transactions they want to process and which they don’t. It’s insane. They profile you and then want to do their homework on your account. Ridiculous. I’ve been with Wells Fargo for years have 3 accounts with them never had an issue, but this specific location needs to do better. The teller was kind, but the lady who approves the withdraws definitely was rude. Definitely will either switch who I bank with or go back to the Clifton location where they respect their clients.

  This is a rude bank! I called to have something notarized and was told to come in- only to be declined because of their incompetence of NOT KNOWING the rules for witnesses. Angie was rude and told me to come back another day after she made me drive down. Her manager Pooja was equally rude by allowing Angie to take another client without following through with me. The story was they needed branch managers only to do the notarizing- meanwhile there were 8 other bankers they could have used. Angie actually told me to go home and come back with someone. I will never use this bank again! My family and I have a mortgage and many bank accounts with wells but I will never refer them again!I feel I was mistreated only to go across the street to BANK OF AMERICA where they were kind and accommodated me with a smile!

  Bad costumer service inside this branch. And in general the whole bank doesn’t Help with all the issues. Closing my accounts and changing to another bank.
