I came to withdraw some money from my account teller confirmed she counted the money but never put it in the money counter machine, I personally counted the money myself and notice she was short, not much but still short and she kept insisting she wasn’t she did not want to hold herself accountable for her mistake.horrible horrible service

They profile you and then want to do their homework on your account. Ridiculous. I’ve been with Wells Fargo for years have 3 accounts with them never had an issue, but this specific location needs to do better. The teller was kind, but the lady who approves the withdraws definitely was rude. Definitely will either switch who I bank with or go back to the Clifton location where they respect their clients.

- SSShaeFeb 8, 20171.0The teller and branch manager were denying my deposit of $4.00 because it was loose change and they told me I could only deposit complete rolled coins and it just didn't sit well nor did it process in my mind why my bank that I've been with since 2010 was denying my coin deposit. I'm very unhappy and I didn't leave until it was deposited.
