  i only go in there to pay my credit card bill so I can't say too much about their every day business. However, i do have to say that it's very unprofessional that the tellers are speaking spanish back and forth to one another, especially when they say something in English but then quicking switch to Spanish. Just seems extremely unprofessional

  The Capital One branch in Lodi is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The interior is welcoming, and the staff are always helpful, courteous, and professional—a true credit to the organization. That said, the experience outside the branch leaves much to be desired. Solicitors frequently linger in the parking lot, and unfortunately, they can become aggressive or insulting if you decline to engage or make a purchase. This creates a hostile atmosphere for customers who are simply trying to conduct their banking. I brought this issue to the attention of the teller who assisted me, and I truly hope the branch takes steps to address it—whether by having a representative monitor the parking area or working with local authorities to ensure a safer and more respectful environment for all visitors. It’s worth noting that the merchandise being offered for sale is almost certainly stolen from wherever these two men work, as they claim to offer significant discounts off of list price for brand new products and say they work very close to this location. They mentioned an “8k projector”

  Denied us service on 3/11/25. Terrible location. Do not bank with Capital One.

  I have no idea what is going on but all of sudden this branch has been closed everyday for going on two weeks with no signs posted - the atms won’t accept cash/check deposit, no bill pay and no withdrawals - I called 800 number to ask if branch is closing or what is going on - they know nothing of it and says the branch is not supposed to be closed - the atms also are not being serviced - capital one is slowly becoming an unbearable bank - I will be switching to the chase branch up the road, I suggest you do the same

  I was having a problem with my account for the longest time. I called in and Lauren picked up and she helped me. I went into the branch and we were together for an hour and a half helping me with my problem. Lauren was so helpful i love her lol. Thank you Lauren!
