  The best branch / Staff out of all of Valley’s locations! We have a large network of retail locations and Yvonne and her staff have bent over backwards throughout the pandemic to keep our business running, from ensuring we have change, PPP funds, and ability to make cash deposits…when it was difficult to get business documents notarized, Yvonne went out of her way not only for the company but also for my employees personal items as no one else could accommodate them. I have read some of the reviews about some of the staff and they seem to be vindictive and not actual customers as both my experience, my staff’s and the customers I hear when I am there never have heard anything but praise…

  I've had great experiences with Valley bank, particularly at this branch. Yvonne has always been timely and professional in getting me the information that I need. She always goes above and beyond.

  Yvonne is a disgrace to all the fine people working here. She has no customer service skills, no care for concerns amid a pandemic, and no feel for customers. She brings the WORST customer service experience we’ve ever received in any state or country on this planet. This is not hyperbole, just the truth. She puts a pall on the bank and despite its convenient location when in the area, we’ve chosen other banks to invest with. Her tone and disregard for pandemic related safety is appalling.

  Terrible experience wouldn’t even call my employer to cash a check don’t know who’s this woman got the job had the attitude of a female dog. Never banking or walking into a valley national bank again.
