She has no customer service skills, no care for concerns amid a pandemic, and no feel for customers. She brings the WORST customer service experience we’ve ever received in any state or country on this planet. This is not hyperbole, just the truth. She puts a pall on the bank and despite its convenient location when in the area, we’ve chosen other banks to invest with. Her tone and disregard for pandemic related safety is appalling.
