Despite being out-of-state, I was recently told that I would have to visit a banker with the other account holder IN PERSON to change my account type- this is indefensible given the capability of the internet and unprecedented global health crisis. After being slowly gouged by fees into adulthood, my days with Wells Fargo are numbered.
