    Went there today to open a savings account the guy who supposed to handle that transaction a skinny guy there was no people inside the bank and I approached him he told me to sit and wait for him he said his doing something and the next thing you know he was talking to his friend on the phone I still waited for a good 15 minutes and he still talking to his friend on the phone so I left and took my business elsewhere that’s the same guy who got a long line waiting for him before and his just hiding in the back this guy is awful!! that’s the TD bank in little ferry.

    Horrible experience for a member who’s been apart of TD bank for nearly 15 years. They required I needed a passport, meanwhile I have my check that’s TD BANK verified, and I have my td bank card. I presented my real Id and they claimed I needed a passport? Suzana was being discriminative, and the manager Yanil Gonzalez, instead of taking accountability, she defends her worker. They should re-read the policies because obviously they don’t know them. Hopefully when I return, they improved their customer care.

    We went to the TD Bank branch in Little Ferry to make a deposit, but unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience. The teller, Susanna, treated us with a visibly unfriendly attitude, as if we had done something wrong. Her facial expression was cold and unwelcoming from the moment we approached the counter. Since we weren’t exactly sure of the total amount we were depositing — as it was a fairly large sum — we needed a moment to get things in order. Instead of being patient or helpful, Susanna became even more irritated, making the situation unnecessarily tense. We preferred to deposit the money at the counter rather than using the machine, which is completely reasonable for such an amount, yet her attitude made the process uncomfortable. We expect respect and a helpful attitude from bank staff, especially at an institution like TD Bank. This kind of cold and dismissive behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the branch. I strongly believe the management should address the customer service quality at this location, starting with training staff to be more courteous and professional.
