    My car loan was paid off in May, In July I went into the bank to find out when I will receive the title. The branch manager Lee was on vacation and the very nice young lads called the loan department. They informed her ,and she relayed to me, that I have to go to MVC and get a duplicate. Not happy, but seeing no alternative I went on line and mad an appointment at MVC. After standing in the first line (5 minutes) I was detected to the second line (15 minutes) were I was told I needed a letter from the bank stating the loan was paid in full. MVC said if I could get back today I could bypass the first line and get a title. When I got to the bank I was told that they did not know I would need a letter and for them to get me one they needed Notary and I would have to wait and reschedule my MYC. See then informed me that they could get the title for me in 6 weeks. Definitely not the best service. Next closest bank branch with a notary on 40 miles.
