This was one of the worst banking experiences I’ve had in over 15 years of owning a business. We made our first appointment to open a business checking account. Upon arrival, we were told that a partner needed to be present—something that was not clearly communicated beforehand. Fine, no problem. The banker took all of our paperwork, told us everything would be filed, and said we just needed to come back with the partner to finalize the account. When we returned for the second appointment, it was as if the first visit never happened. They had no record of us, no paperwork on file, and no recollection of anything discussed previously. We had to submit all documents again, with all partners present. After sitting there for over an hour, during which the banker clearly did not understand what was needed, we were finally told that the account we wanted could not even be opened at the branch without manager approval. This was never mentioned during either appointment. We were promised that the manager would call us the same day. That call never came. It has now been over a week, with no follow-up, no explanation, and no accountability. The staff at this branch is extremely slow, inefficient, and unprofessional. The banker seemed confused throughout the entire process and unable to provide clear or accurate information. This is a terrible reflection of Wells Fargo as a whole. After 15 years of having a business checking account, this experience has made it very clear that my business would be better served elsewhere. If this is how the Linden branch operates, I strongly recommend looking for a different bank. Very poor service. Very bad experience. Completely unacceptable.

I got there on time for my appt and told the agent I had an appt he at this time was calling another lady and he said someone would be with me shortly. Another agent came and told me my appt was with the same guy for 2:30 pm. By this time is 2:45 and I’m told that the type of account will take some time to open, exactly why I book and hour and came on time.. I’ve always heard weird things about Wells Fargo and now I believe it as this is my first impression
