  As I am writing this review, I have been waiting for nearly 20 minutes to have a simple check cashed. The teller said she was waiting for a supervisor but everytime one comes to do a transaction, it is like this. We have retrogressed when it comes to in-person banking. I definitely could see robots taking over very soon. Sad. Just sad.....another 10 minut have gone by and the check was for a little over 200, the teller gave me only 900 dollars of big bills with everything else in 20s, 10s, and 5s, with singles. I really do not know how to receive this customer service.

  The experience with this bank was astonishing. I came here with my mother-in-law, who is an account holder of over 20+ years. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the assistant manager Madonna which was extremely hospitable & helpful in getting her taken care of. The branch supervisor Barbara, did great in getting matters sorted out for us & making sure that we were informed of all things dealing with the account. While there, I personally saw Madonna handle several unpleasant customers with the greatest & most professional of mannerisms. Definitely round of applause to this Branch. I trust them with all of her banking needs & can tell that all upcoming customers moving forward will be in good hands. Go Northfield!!!

  Absolutely beautiful people work here. They are professional, local and very hospitable. I love coming to this branch❣️

  I always have a good experience at the bank I've been with for 54 years, but I miss their 7 day week, when they were open also Sundays.
