I opened an account at this branch with a check payable to me by my lawyers, two days ago it cleared so I went to make a withdrawal today November 26 2025. When I gave my withdrawal slip to the teller the nightmare began, she kept looking at her screen for about 5minutes, then she went to the branch manager Kim Tolnai, who told her that she needs to investigate the proceedings of my founds and why I was taking that amount of money. I was racially profile by this manager and branch who refuse to give me my money. I will be closing this account ASAP because no one deserves this kind of treatment! SHAME ON YOU VALLEY BANK BY HAVING THIS KIND OF PERSONAL REPRESENTING YOU!
