- TGTee geeMay 23, 20241.0If I could give 0 stars I would clerk was extremely rude I have a disabled relative who entered the bank and couldn't walk well but sat down and told me to withdraw bill money and get some mortgage information I put my card in the machine before asking for the mortgage info and was blasted and refused the cash funds . Even though I got a account of my own at the desk the manager was rude too he saw the person was disabled yet he skipped her on the line and refused the mortgage info I left the bank and went elsewhere to get the cash and info this bank is low class and the workers are rude and mean. My relative walked in first on a walker and was skipped 3 to 4 times no apology no professionalism not a drop. then canceled my card request for cash was totally out of bounds. After we were denied cash even with a account we left and got it at another location. Clerk wanted to argue she seemed to be angry and mentally challenged I skipped the argument and left her talking to herself. I got my own account I didn't even use hers still denied cash from own account these people are pitiful
