Wells Fargo customer service made an appointment for me (after speaking to 4 other WF reps who didn't know we needed to do our transaction at the branch!) but when I showed up at the Lambertville branch I was told they were unaware of my appointment. We went ahead and made a new appointment for the next day, which they pushed back at the last minute. All this wasn't frustrating enough so they went ahead and squeezed in another appointment ahead of us so we were asked to wait at least half an hour upon arrival. Very disrespectful. Withdrew every cent and will open a new account elsewhere in hopes of decent customer service. I added a second star because the teller was at least respectful.

I was quickly greeted by Angelo and he pointed me to Khushwant, the manager of the branch. Not only was he helpful in getting my account closed ; he was also incredibly kind and we had a great conversation. This is a wonderful branch with an amazing staff.
