  I know banks don’t usually get people excited, but credit where credit is due — this TD Bank branch really comes through. The staff is friendly, patient, and respectful, even when the place is busy. You walk in and you’re treated like a human being, not like “ticket number 47.” The tellers are knowledgeable, calm, and take the time to make sure things are done right — no rushing you out the door and no attitude. That alone already puts them ahead of the curve. The branch itself is clean, organized, and well-run, and the hours are very convenient. Whether you’re popping in for something quick or handling a more involved transaction, you feel like the people there actually care that you leave satisfied and not frustrated. That’s a big deal when it comes to banking. Even when there’s a line, it moves along, and the staff does their best to keep things flowing smoothly. You don’t feel forgotten or ignored, and that makes all the difference. Bottom line: Professional service, polite staff, and a solid overall experience. For a bank — which is not always an easy place to impress — this location earns a well-deserved five stars. Would definitely recommend.

  Inexplicable tienen de maravilla, tratan de cerrarte. Los problemas de los momento hablan perfectamente el español, todas las personas son agradables

  This has to be one of the worst TD banks in America. There are 5 to 6 tellers, 2 of them are working, the rest are joking around playfully while there is a huge line of customers waiting and getting frustrated. I unfortunately, was one of them. Completely outrageous!!!!!! I tried politely asking if one of them was free to help, but they replied with " when someone becomes available then approach". This place needs management to step up and address the staff with clearing up the line before joking around in the workplace. People have lives and work and other things to do rather than wait around and watch the staff joke and laugh with each other. Never had a TD bank experience like this. Hope this branch eventually steps up and does better.
