Last time a banker was eating cereals at 11am and told me he was too busy to do a important wire for me ! Total disrespect. So I went to Wells Fargo hillside and they did everything for me right the way.

Y me pasaré a otro banco uno q si entienda la necesidad de las personas, o que al menos te hablen correctamente y no en un tono altanero.

I told her you don’t need my name or information she said no! Coming direct to the teller. Now they said I need to coming in person to ask euros and they give me appointment. Unbelievable I made reservations in hotels in Europe, I purchased the tickets everything by phone, but this lady the name Ales has the worst customer service don’t give me the correct answer or advice. Unbelievable!
