They had about 30 minutes before closing but they asked me to come with an appointment as its closing soon. The guy then actually told me to try opening it online first and if it doesn’t work come to the bank, the way he was saying is like rude and literally felt like bank staff is not interested in opening my account. I then drove to Chase bank just near by and they welcomed me the lady at chase was little busy so requested me to wait for 2 minutes and then in 10 minutes opened my account. Wondering why can’t wells fargo opened it in 30 minutes?

Worst experience ever…This made me decide to close my account after 7 years with them, wants nothing to do with Wells Fargo ever again.
