The associate who answered said they cannot Process business credit cards at the branch. I said Ok do I need a business account to do it online and she said no she said you can complete it without an account. She completely gave me the wrong information. I completed it online and never received a response so I finally called after almost 2 weeks of waiting got a response for them to tell me I needed a business account and they were unable to complete it. Now I will no longer complete the credit card or open an account so because of the associates misinformation Wells Fargo lost business. I am very unhappy

If you have a savings account you get a hard time transferring money from you savings to checkings. And if it is a big holiday their atms are always out of cash! Worst baking experience ever!
