- JCJeff ChuangJul 25, 20251.0After holding a Wells Fargo account for over six years with no monthly charges, my account was changed to one that imposed a $10 monthly service fee—without clear notification. By the time I discovered the change, more than a year’s worth of fees had been withdrawn, and the bank declined to reimburse these charges. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Wells Fargo due to their lack of transparency and poor handling of customer concerns. Update 9/28/25: While the comments from Wells Fargo below appear to show that they've addressed my concerns. Nothing has changed after they followed up, confirming my suspicion that they prioritize their bottom line over their loyal customers. Stay away!

- JBJoshua BaileyJan 7, 20201.0Went there yesterday January 6th, 2020 for a cashier's check for a used car I was purchasing from a dealership. I had called Wells Fargo earlier to let them know I purchasing a car, and to confirm my balance. Upon getting to the cashier (Ana) she gets everything set up, and says I need to get my manager to approve the request. Manager comes over and says the funds are not available until tomorrow. I show them my wella Fargo app and show that the money is available. They say I have to wait till tomorrow. Once I recheck the app the money was taken out and the returned immediately. I go back to the dealership and swipe my debit card, and low and behold the transaction went through even though according to them ( your money didn't clear yet). My only assumption would have to be is that I'm a black man with locs in my hair, and I was not granted MY MONEY because of racial profiling. That's okay I will be closing out my Wells Fargo account and taking my business elsewhere because of this interaction.
