- JJJordon1 day ago2.0There is an unsheltered individual now camping and storing belongings in the Wells Fargo parking lot, specifically inside the gray walled enclosure adjacent to the drive-thru ATMs. Not sure how this has not been addressed by property management given the risk and customer access concerns.

By the time I discovered the change, more than a year’s worth of fees had been withdrawn, and the bank declined to reimburse these charges. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Wells Fargo due to their lack of transparency and poor handling of customer concerns. Update 9/28/25: While the comments from Wells Fargo below appear to show that they've addressed my concerns. Nothing has changed after they followed up, confirming my suspicion that they prioritize their bottom line over their loyal customers. Stay away!
