The forms were confusing or just broken, and one bank rejected my application via email due to a follow-up paperwork issue. I stopped here on a whim because a client had written a check to my business, and I could delay no longer. Brandon made the process simple. There was one follow-up phone call, and I am elated to have a convenient bank close to where I live. Their website could use an update. Or, it's just fine the way it is, and technology is ruining our society. Hmm. Anywho, I've been a client for almost a year at this point, and the staff has always been friendly, and I've yet to experience a long wait.
