- ACAndrea CalabreseNov 12, 20251.0I am trying to open up a 360 account I got a message when I was done to call a number because they needed more info. When I called the number the lady said she cannot help me to reapply. I didn’t want to do that so I googled a number called that the guy said the reason was I have an open credit card. I told him I don’t he transferred me to somebody else. She said oh she didn’t deal with checking accounts so she was going to transfer me. I got transferred in order to verify me they sent me a link to upload my id. I did so it got denied so they said they couldn’t help me to call again for them to send the link again. No one is American all overseas and they don’t let you explain they don’t come up for air. My business is going somewhere else.
- ARANGELA ROBINSONNov 6, 20251.0I haven not made an in person deposit in a very long time. I went in and teller Kamal was rude and very dismissive. He didn't greet me or smile. He asked for my ID to make my deposit, I asked if he needed ID for deposits now(use to not be that way) and he said "that's what I said" as he attempted to scan my ID. He was in such a huff that it wasn't working. He gave it back to me and told me to do it at the lil machine in front of me. I was trying to figure it out with him telling me how to do it, with his attitude!! There was No thank you, nothing. I can tell he doesn't want to be there and if a boss that cared was there to witness his rapport or watch back the video, he would definitely lose his job! I will definitely stick to online banking after today!
