First I would like to sincerely apologize to all my readers- nearly 24000 people- for the long delay in publishing this one. The reason was deeply personal and unavoidable; my son Daniel has been battling Meduloblastoma - a life-threatening cancer.
I thrust that any parent, and human being, will understand way this period required all of my strength, attention and time.
I'm writing this review based solely on my personal experience as a long therm TDBank customer (over 7 y.),and it represent my subjective assessment of events as an institution nor it's general service standards.For over 7 years I was a fully satisfied customer. My former wife and I opened our account at theTD branch on Fischer Blvd in Tom's River,and I would like to warmly greet the entire team there-especially Sara-for consistently professional service. If it were possible I would gladly give 10stars,not just five.
Unfortunately, everything changed after my account was unilaterally and arbitrarily Closed by the branch manager Mr.Tony Walsh,without providing a concrete legal reason. At my first official inquiry I was explicitly told by Mr.Tony thatI " should not even attempt to leave a review ",because- as he stated- a report had already been filled against me with the police.
I perceived this as an attempt to intimidated me as a client.
This decision had very real and painful consequences. At the time,I was on the middle of divorce proceeding and was unable to take my children-including my seriously ill son -toa Sunday family lunch,something that was extremely important to me emotionally.
With hand of my heart, I mustsay:this is something I'm not able to forgive Mr.Tony for.
I also informed the Family Court in Toms River about this situation. Adding to the concern I leater learned that I am nit the only Td Bank client whose account was closed in this manner by the same manager.
Despite being banned from entering all Td Bank brunches in NJ- a decision signed personally by Mr.Tony and based on a private agenda rather than objective criteria-I was paradoxically sent a check that couldn't be cashed at another bank due to a missing managerial signature.
After consulting with the Howell Police Dep.,it became clear that this appeared to be,a deliberate attempt to lure me back into the branch ,which would have exposed me to potential legal trouble due to the very ban imposed on me.
Such conduct reflects a serious lack of professionalism.
It's important for readers to understand that this brand is critically important to the local com.,and apart from Mr.Tony and Ms.Jillian(who unfortunately follows the same approach;the rest of the staff is outstanding.
I would like to express my highest respect ti Andrew Rosenthal, who consistently resolves complex banking issues before they become real problems-a level of professionalism I have encountered only out the highest international standards.
I would,also like to acknowledge James and Mark,and above all the tru star of this branch Ms.Colleen Kelly.
Finding such a professional, responsible, modest ,beautiful kindness, and genuinely human employe among millions is rare.
She easily deserves 10 stars- though that is not the main point of this review.
Finally I would like to refer to Td Bank's own slogan...:" Unexpectedly Human Banking " in my case,this phrases reads less like a promise and more like a warning- that a single employee acting without accountability, can at a y moment deprive a long term customer of access to their own founds,especially during critical life circumstances, such as serious illness and family crisis
I therefore expect my account to be reinstated, along with an appropriate internal review and personal consequences for the branch manager, involved - someone who,in my opinion,should not to be entrusted within such a position of responsebilyty.

Last week I had an issue trying to understand how to transfer some of my retirement accounts. I waited in the Lobby and met with Colleen Kelly. She was extremely patient with me as I made calls to relevant stakeholders and even offered me phone charger when I was worried my cell phone was about to die. She really went above and beyond assisting me at the Howell, NJ branch and then referred me to for a call from TD Services to learn about TD Bank retirement and savings services. That weekend, I got a call from a very nice gentleman named "Yousef" who further assisted me (which also involved a call to TD Bank customer service, which was also a very positive and friendly experience) and we scheduled an in person appointment. Yesterday, I received a TD Bank text message about a fraudulent charge. By a simple click I was able to lock my account. Today, I went into the Howell branch and Asst. Store Mgr Jillian Triano was able to get me a new debit card and dispute any other remaining fraudulent charges. All these points of contact (I count 5 total) were professional, friendly, caring and efficient. I am consistently impressed by this bank and its services, to include online banking. Way to go TD Bank and the Howell branch!

Walked into TD bank Howell today was considering to start banking with them , stood up in front of 3 employee not helping anyone else , not one of them acknowledge me , they are looking into their screens and totally ignored the customers . Never back again , if you don’t respect your customer you don’t get their business .
