  I have been a Wells Fargo client since 2002, but a new mother since 2024. I walked into the branch with plenty of questions on how to begin an account for my one year old that would benefit him with college or a start to financial freedom. When I entered the branch, the lines seemed long and intimidating but they moved faster than I could believe. Each teller greeted you with a smile or a hello, even while in line!!!!! I live in Georgia but came to New Jersey for a family event, I thought I’d attempt to handle a little business but I didn’t expect much. My only complaint is how I’m going to look at my regular location in Georgia. I thought they were the best of the best! Holmdel, keep up the great work.

  This bank is not helpful to the elderly at all. I live in a Hud based apartment that requires me to show what I have every 6 months. I need a year of bank statements to show that I have nothing. Called to see if I can get copies. I sure can, for $5.00 a month. People in their 80's should be able to have help when they don't have available printers and other up to date gadgets. I get charged $10.00 a month service charge on a checking account that I use to pay 3 bills. Rent electric and cable, so since I don't use the amount of check this banks wants me to. I have to pay a service fee, but when I need their service I can't get it without them wanting more money.

  I don't like what Wells Fargo supports or how they treat their members. They call me still about once every few months to get me to try and come back even though I keep telling them I will never return.
