  I have been a Wells Fargo client since 2002, but a new mother since 2024. I walked into the branch with plenty of questions on how to begin an account for my one year old that would benefit him with college or a start to financial freedom. When I entered the branch, the lines seemed long and intimidating but they moved faster than I could believe. Each teller greeted you with a smile or a hello, even while in line!!!!! I live in Georgia but came to New Jersey for a family event, I thought I’d attempt to handle a little business but I didn’t expect much. My only complaint is how I’m going to look at my regular location in Georgia. I thought they were the best of the best! Holmdel, keep up the great work.

  If you are looking for a bank that has no problem canceling an account for a charity for young autistic musicians without calling or providing any real notice after draining the account through service fees, this is the PERFECT bank for you. I would like to commend my personal representative Ibrahima NDAW who was able to reach me without any problem when he made mistakes opening the account and needed me to return a few times to complete additional paperwork. Evidently he could not similarly call me to notify me that they were going to close my account. I also want to commend his manager who informed it was simply not possible to reopen my account on the Monday after it was closed the preceding Friday. She helpfully told that me that I could start the process again and open an entirely new account which I declined. To assist the good folks at Wells Fargo from closing another account for a charity, please know that starting a music program for young autistic adults takes time and may exceed the activity period you allow folks. If you had taken a few minutes to call me, or send me an email I could have told you this and that we are about to start accepting donations. Indeed, Mr. Ndaw knew how to reach to me and did so numerous times when he wanted business. A call would have been appreciated instead of closing the account after taking the final funds in fees but I suppose that would have taken a few minutes. In a way I'm pleased that I'm no longer your customer because I have found another bank that is prepared to support this cause without service fees. Please apply the service fees you took from the account towards customer service training.

  I don't like what Wells Fargo supports or how they treat their members. They call me still about once every few months to get me to try and come back even though I keep telling them I will never return.
