- SRStacy ROct 2, 20251.0Such terrible customer service, especially from Ashley, not sure if she’s a Teller or a supervisor but this needs to be better. Hoboken is the closest branch to me but I prefer going to the location in Jersey City with how much better their customer service is over there. With the kind of attitude she has, I don’t understand how she is in the banking industry. Definitely horrible on that end. With a customer facing role, it is disgusting how he treats customers like this.

He helped his setup a wire timely on the weekend and even came in early on Monday to make sure it was approved (wires can only be sent the next day). He helped us change in our pin numbers and is following on our check orders. Its been a great experience so far, and I recommend the bank for your day to day banking needs as well as getting a mortgage. Hes been responsive from the very beginning from our initial deposit. Highly recommend. I have not been compensated for his review just a happy customer, giving credit where its due. -Eric
