When I got there there was no customers, Isael the sales rep was ready to talk to me as soon as I arrived and he explained to me the whole process and answered all questions. Overall it was a great experience.

You can never build a relationship with the bank manager because they never last more than a couple of months. Have been charged many times for things that it would've been considered robbery 30 years ago... But I guess someone needs to pay for the CEOs houses in the Hamptons!
