  It's so sad to see this bank lie about promotions to people in their community, and never honor them. Don't trust what the branch staff tell you here even if you see a promotion online. I setup a meeting based on the online promotion recommending this, but the branch staff never followed through with the account opening bonus even though they called and said they would. Can someone at Citi please call me without me needing to go to the branch as your call center staff told me id need to try do again?

  i don't know why the rating is such low. in fact this is a good branch. the most surprised guy is Raymond. I previously used a Chase account, and it took the staff at that time at least an hour to open an account for me. Raymond only took ten minutes, which was amazing. I even paid for an hour of parking for this purpose🥲. He can also read some Chinese and speak Spanish. He's a real genius.The service was very quick and smiling throughout, which was really amazing!

  You were getting as much as a two for being open until 5pm on weekdays instead of 4pm, but by the time I finished, I realized only one star was what you rate. And so, first of all, your ATM machines are godawful. After 5pm, and certainly later on, you cannot make a payment on a credit card because somehow someway they ALL cannot take payments at that time (choose a time between 5pm and 9am and pretty much any time all weekend). I don't have a bank account, but I've seen other people very frustrated the few times I've ventured in on a weekend. I've had my CC for a few years. Second, I just made a payment on my CC with a money order because we cannot use cash to make CC payments at that (nor, I assume, any other) bank branch. Finally, I asked about the two different interest rates I'm charged (everyone is) for (1) purchases and (2) for a bank balance I transfer I made more than a year ago, and how much was outstanding on each portion of my CC balance. I was told bank branches only handles payments. I'd have to call Citibank using the phone number on the back of my card. I asked if anyone else here in this branch would know that information. The teller said no because it was not the function of bank branches, only the number on the back of my card was my way to obtain that information. Certainly, such a failure of customer service rates only ONE STAR.
