- NBNakema BarnardNov 6, 20255.0I received a warm welcome as I entered the branch by the staff. Shaq greeted me with a smile. Diane and Dan offered me coffee as I sat with Shaq. I explained that my elderly mother and I were looking for a new bank in the Hillsdale area. Shaq asked if I had time to go over the options for accounts. Being asked that question was refreshing because I am a caregiver. Oh, the CD rates were good too. She was knowledgeable and caring. She listened to my financial needs before setting an appointment to open our accounts. Lastly, She introduced me to Dan the Manager and Diane Senior banker. I felt at home there.
