  Heartfelt Thank You to the Incredible Team at TD Bank – Hillsborough, NJ I don’t often take the time to write reviews, but the exceptional experience I continue to have at the TD Bank branch in Hillsborough, NJ truly deserves recognition. In an age where customer service can often feel rushed or impersonal, this branch stands out as a model of professionalism, warmth, and dedication. At the heart of this excellence is Taiwo Kajogbola, the Branch Manager and Vice President. Taiwo is not just a banker — he is a leader in the truest sense. Every time I walk into the branch, I see firsthand how he sets the tone for his entire team. He’s approachable, attentive, and always willing to take the time to ensure that customer needs are fully understood and met. Whether you’re coming in with a simple question or a more complex banking concern, Taiwo makes you feel like your financial needs are important and valued. Taiwo has built an amazing team around him, and it shows. Alex, for example, is consistently helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explains things clearly and always takes the time to make sure everything is handled properly. He’s the kind of person who makes banking feel easy and stress-free, no matter how complicated the task. Annie brings a warm, welcoming energy every time I see her. She has a calm, professional demeanor that instantly puts customers at ease. She’s attentive to detail and clearly committed to delivering top-tier service. She listens carefully and is quick to offer solutions or guidance in a way that feels genuinely helpful. Aida is another gem. Her kindness and dedication shine through in every interaction. She’s always smiling, always ready to help, and never makes you feel rushed or like your questions are a bother. People like Aida make a huge difference in a customer’s day — and she does it consistently. And I can’t say enough about the entire team of tellers at this location. They are courteous, efficient, and incredibly friendly. Even during the busiest times, they maintain a calm, upbeat attitude and make every customer feel like a priority. They greet customers by name, they remember the little things, and they create a banking environment that feels safe, supportive, and reliable. Every single person at this branch takes pride in their work and treats customers with the kind of respect and care that you rarely see these days. It’s clear that they’re not just doing their jobs — they’re building relationships and genuinely striving to make a positive impact in the community. If there were a "Bankers of the Year" award, this team would absolutely earn it. Taiwo, Alex, Annie, Aida, and the entire teller staff represent the very best of what customer service should look like in the banking industry.   Only good with deposits and marketing but when you need to withdraw your own money they make it very difficult for you as if they dont want you to take your own money.

  Grossly understaffed. Simple counter deposit wait should not be an afternoon event. Guess time to wrap up my business here.

  There's a tall man that stands in the entrance that greets you pretending he is a nice person but he is not. I could not log into my account due to account automation asking to send a text to verify my number. I had this problem before went into the branch to fix it. After a few months the same thing happened and I went back in again and explained the situation. The tall man at the front entrance asks for my social and my drivers license. I give it to him. He goes into my account and days he deleted it. I said thank you here's my new number so you can update my info so when it happens again the right phone number number will come up. He then raised his voice screaming at me calling me " man, man, man, listen to me, listen to me" yelling at me calling me mam telling me that he cannot update my new number and that I have to log in and do everything myself. I explain to him i would not be here if i could log in myself. He kept yelling the same thing raising his voice at me. I left and went to the Bridgewater branch. The manager actually helped me and updated my info and even asked me for my new number. I'm avoiding Hillsborough td from now on.
