  Heartfelt Thank You to the Incredible Team at TD Bank – Hillsborough, NJ I don’t often take the time to write reviews, but the exceptional experience I continue to have at the TD Bank branch in Hillsborough, NJ truly deserves recognition. In an age where customer service can often feel rushed or impersonal, this branch stands out as a model of professionalism, warmth, and dedication. At the heart of this excellence is Taiwo Kajogbola, the Branch Manager and Vice President. Taiwo is not just a banker — he is a leader in the truest sense. Every time I walk into the branch, I see firsthand how he sets the tone for his entire team. He’s approachable, attentive, and always willing to take the time to ensure that customer needs are fully understood and met. Whether you’re coming in with a simple question or a more complex banking concern, Taiwo makes you feel like your financial needs are important and valued. Taiwo has built an amazing team around him, and it shows. Alex, for example, is consistently helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explains things clearly and always takes the time to make sure everything is handled properly. He’s the kind of person who makes banking feel easy and stress-free, no matter how complicated the task. Annie brings a warm, welcoming energy every time I see her. She has a calm, professional demeanor that instantly puts customers at ease. She’s attentive to detail and clearly committed to delivering top-tier service. She listens carefully and is quick to offer solutions or guidance in a way that feels genuinely helpful. Aida is another gem. Her kindness and dedication shine through in every interaction. She’s always smiling, always ready to help, and never makes you feel rushed or like your questions are a bother. People like Aida make a huge difference in a customer’s day — and she does it consistently. And I can’t say enough about the entire team of tellers at this location. They are courteous, efficient, and incredibly friendly. Even during the busiest times, they maintain a calm, upbeat attitude and make every customer feel like a priority. They greet customers by name, they remember the little things, and they create a banking environment that feels safe, supportive, and reliable. Every single person at this branch takes pride in their work and treats customers with the kind of respect and care that you rarely see these days. It’s clear that they’re not just doing their jobs — they’re building relationships and genuinely striving to make a positive impact in the community. If there were a "Bankers of the Year" award, this team would absolutely earn it. Taiwo, Alex, Annie, Aida, and the entire teller staff represent the very best of what customer service should look like in the banking industry.   Only good with deposits and marketing but when you need to withdraw your own money they make it very difficult for you as if they dont want you to take your own money.
