- CBCliff BurkeOct 3, 20251.0Ok after 24 years time to dump valley they locked my account after I tried to send money to a person I owed 4 days talking to them tell them it was my mistake on Friday night they locked my card could not access my money. I couldn’t make it any clearer that it was my mistake wasn’t fraud. They best they said it is up to the fraud dept to lift the lock that could take 72 working hours. Yes if it was fraud great good job for catching it but this case it is not.so now what I have bills to pay can’t pay it no access to the acct
