  I have thought this was a great bank my husband had them for more then 20 years and then boom his account got comprised and they threw himto the curb but because of our lomg term relationship with them i stayed . So far my experience has not been pleasant so much for having a relationship wirh yoir bank

  Ok after 24 years time to dump valley they locked my account after I tried to send money to a person I owed 4 days talking to them tell them it was my mistake on Friday night they locked my card could not access my money. I couldn’t make it any clearer that it was my mistake wasn’t fraud. They best they said it is up to the fraud dept to lift the lock that could take 72 working hours. Yes if it was fraud great good job for catching it but this case it is not.so now what I have bills to pay can’t pay it no access to the acct

  Branch is fine but this banks 800 service is worse than waiting for a dial up connection. 10 year+ account holder and I still wait over an hour to talk to a person whenever I have issues WHICH happens quite often because this bank often thinks you using your own money is fraud and locks your account. Closed and went elsewhere.
