    The reviews make sense. Entire branch is impossible and rude. Branch manger was condescending and very confident for some odd reason.

    As a customer of this bank for over 30 years, I can honestly say this is now worse than Bank of America. The entire retail staff hides in efficiency in ability, lack of knowledge and training behind a smile.. I am completely disgusted and moving every dime out of this Company. They’re not user-friendly, they could care less about the customer and to make things worse. They’re starting to appear like a bank that’s about to fail. I’m taking my money out and running

    I went to this branch when the one on Laurel Avenue closed. I needed to make a larger withdrawal. The largest bills they could offer were $20s. That is absurd for a bank, and I have never had that experience at any other TD bank location.

    Please donot do business with this bank they are not customer service oriented at all. I’m moving out of state where there are no TD Banks so I went to close my account due to a 1.60 pending charge they refused to close my account. I asked if I could just give them the money or if they could hold it from my account but they refused. I have been forced to wait until a dollar sixty charge cleared, are you serious!?????? They should change their slogan to the most inconvenient bank ever!
