- ZZZainNov 25, 20251.0I waited almost an hour for my check to be deposited because their bank tellers had no idea what they’re doing. Wells Fargo should train their staff before putting them on the floor.
- EHEmily HarrMar 28, 20241.0I will be closing out my accounts tomorrow with them. After what happened today, got there early before my appt. Was waiting 10 mins already, for Marleni. Then the branch manager Miguel had an appt come in and he was still with someone else, he got marleni and had her take them, even though I was already there for a scheduled appt with her. Then she couldn’t get me until 15 mins after my appt was suppose to start. All in all wasting 35-40 mins of my day for nothing. If they can’t respect a long time clients time who has multiple accounts, then they are not who I want to be banking with at all.
