    Xuya was an exceptional tax agent. She was patient and encouraging as she tried to sort of the issues with surrounding an incorrect amendment I filed last April with a different turbo tax agent. It was very complicated to me and she supported me expertly to sort it out. I'd recommend to anyone the opportunity to work with Xuya.

    Ariel was awesome! So knowledgeable about IT aspects of the software, as well as tax mandates. He was patient and SUPER kind throughout our entire phone consultation. He literally led me step-by-step through the whole process. ALSO, it was an enjoyable experience, because you could feel his PASSION/LOVE for his job. He even got excited about our outcome. Another thing... it was a late night call which lasted 20mins PAST his shift, he still remained on the call and additional 20 minutes, just to be certain the filing went through and was completed. I am very grateful I was connected to him. ROCK STAR!!
