  Jack is awesome! I had went to deposit a bunch of checks at another TD location in Robbinsville and they were off by $400, even after 2 tellers looked over them they assumed my numbers were off. I left and came to this location and Jack added them up and was right on the money! Excellent service.

  I went into the branch Monday to have an account merged into my profile. A very nice and professional woman, Pryla helped me. I listened while she called the online banking section and had to repeat many times what had to be done. It was a test of patience on her part, her voice was calm and even throughout. KUDOS to her for keeping so cool tempered. She is an asset to this office and the customers that need assistance. Stellar job!!

  Extremely disappointed with the service at this branch today. From the moment we walked in, the staff seemed disinterested, unmotivated, and frankly, rude. We were simply trying to open a checking account for a family member, but the experience quickly turned frustrating and uncomfortable. We were eventually directed to a staff member named Moji, who was shockingly unprofessional, rude, and borderline discriminatory. He was holding our passports in his hand — clearly showing where we’re from — yet still asked, “Where are you from?” This question felt unnecessary and inappropriate, especially in that context. He then insisted on seeing a green card. We explained that the visa stamp serves as temporary proof of permanent residency until the physical green card arrives in the mail, but he refused to accept it — barely listening. When I pointed out that other banks accept the same documentation, he suddenly changed his reasoning and claimed he couldn’t accept the address printed on the Social Security card as valid proof of address. The entire interaction was needlessly argumentative and disrespectful. Later, I noticed this branch already has numerous similar 1-star reviews. Clearly, this isn’t an isolated incident. The bank should be embarrassed by how this location treats people. Unless serious changes are made, I won’t spend a single penny here — and I strongly advise others to avoid this branch as well.

  We came to this branch a few minutes before official opening on Saturday morning. It was already open. We needed help with our account and wire transfer and we didn't have appointment. They told us to take a seat in the lobby. There already was one person waiting there. It didn't take long at all for us to get help. Just about half hour later we were done. Everybody was polite and professional. Thank you all staff members.
