  Applied for a mortgage, which pulled down my credit score of course. Then Mary Ellen LaPerle dropped off the face of the planet. Can't get a mortgage without a mortgage officer. Left my family with no help in a desperate time, and she knew that too.

  I can't say enough good things about this bank after they helped me so much with a probate situation that turned into a nightmare thanks to another bank who shall not be named. Many thanks and much appreciation to Therese and Christine Drager, who were so supportive and helpful to me as I navigated unfamiliar terrain. After the other bank was so rude and honestly cruel and heartless considering there was a death in the family, it was such a comfort to know that Northfield was there for me. Not only that but the tellers and customer service folks have always been helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and go out of their way to help me whenever there is an issue. Over the course of many years as a customer, I can't think of a single time I encountered rudeness or was dissatisfied with the result of a phone call. Thank you Northfield and the staff of the Quakerbridge Road branch for being an important part of our community, and my life in particular!
