- EKEmel KJan 2, 20261.0I wish I can put 0 stars. I had an appointment to open up an account at 11 in the morning, it's 11:30 as of now and they still haven't taken us in. One woman is walking around and she isn't taken us. The other 2 have had the same people at their desk for a while. Supposedly the process is 45 minutes. I've already been here for that long and they still have their clients. I noticed that they work very slowly and without a care. I would have walked out of here but my friend said we have waited too long and it would be a waste if we leave. Don't recommend this place at all. The manager isn't around either. What a joke
