    Great experience at this Truist branch. Nedje Cineus and the team were professional, efficient, and helpful. Well-managed location with excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

    Worst banking experience ever, showed up to move money to my savings account and manager told me she could help me tomorrow, she had a client at her desk, I told her I would wait, she didn't help the client at her desk for over a half hour but was on the phone behind the teller station. It was obvious the bank was having someone of technical problems but she wasn't honest with me about that instead had me wait while she didn't help anyone, I finally left without getting helped after 40 minutes, I see this bank is rated a 2 for a reason

    This Truist Bank have really bad service. The person name Leo is really rude and don't know how to talk to the consumer.

    Should be 0 stars. Impossible to work with. Trying to pay off my deceased mother's auto loan and they have no idea how to handle it. I'll be filing formal complaints

Branch Leader Nedje and Leo were absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. They handled everything with care, clarity, and respect — which meant the world to me during such a difficult time. Their efficiency and kindness impressed me so much that I decided to open a new account with Truist myself.
